California-based Property Management company requires an Accounting Virtual Assistant to undertake the following tasks:
- Overseeing and maintaining general ledgers
- Bookkeeping
- Organizing financial statements
- Other tasks as required
Recent home-based Graveyard Experience is a must!
Previous experience in U.S. Real Estate and or Property Management/Maintenance preferred but not required.

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:

- 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI) If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.

- Private and quiet dedicated home office area

- Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
- Good headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling headset)

Working Days: Monday – Friday
Hours:
*8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST (flexible schedule)
11:30 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time
