An Essington, PA-based company is seeking an Accounting/Data Entry Virtual Assistant. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and excellent phone skills for light collections. The ideal candidate must be quick to learn, highly organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and issuing client invoices
  • Organizing, proofreading, and ensuring accuracy of all invoices
  • Assisting with accounts receivable (AR) collection efforts
  • Performing other related tasks as needed

Software Requirements

  • Licensed OS – Licensed Microsoft Office

Hardware Requirements

  • Minimum 5 MBPS internet speed (hardwired connection, not Wi-Fi). If you don’t currently meet this requirement, you must agree to upgrade if selected.
  • Private, quiet, and dedicated home office space.
  • Modern computer with up-to-date operating system.
  • Backup solutions in place for power or telecommunication interruptions.
  • High-quality headset and webcam (preferably with noise-canceling features).

Monday to Friday
 

Hours

8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern (including a 30-minute break)
9:00 PM to 5:30 AM Manila time
