We are currently seeking a Remote Accounts Payable Virtual Assistant – Irvine, CA-based Company to join our team! The role will involve, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make phone calls
  • Process invoices (Accounts Payable)
  • Organize tasks and multitask effectively
  • Perform other duties as required

Please note that the phone-related tasks for this role will account for 75-100% of the responsibilities.

  10. Additional skills as required

Software Requirements:

  • Licensed operating system

Hardware Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 MBPS internet speed (hardwired connection, not Wi-Fi). If you don’t currently meet this requirement, you must agree to upgrade if selected.
  2. Private, quiet, and dedicated home office space
  3. Modern computer with up-to-date operating system
  4. Backup solutions for power or telecommunication interruptions
  5. High-quality headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling)

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Work Hours:

8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time
12:30 AM to 9:00 AM Manila Time
