Admin/Marketing Support

About the job

We are seeking a Remote Admin/Marketing Support – New York Based Company professional to join our team! This position will involve, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing tasks
  • Social Media Management
  • Administrative support
  • Other duties as required

Please note that phone time for this role will be 25-50% of the responsibilities.

Software Requirements:

  • Licensed operating system

Hardware Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 MBPS internet speed (hardwired connection, not Wi-Fi). If you don’t currently meet this requirement, you must agree to upgrade if selected.
  2. Private, quiet, and dedicated home office space
  3. Modern computer with up-to-date operating system
  4. Backup solutions for power or telecommunication interruptions
  5. High-quality headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling)

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Work Hours:

9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time
10:00 PM to 6:30 AM Manila Time
