A Draper, UT-based company is currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive remote Accounting Support Specialist to join our team! If you’re experienced with accounting tasks such as credit card receipts, bank reconciliations, and invoicing, we want YOU to be part of our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle credit card receipts and perform bank reconciliations.
- Assist with invoicing and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Provide dispatching assistance and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Support other accounting tasks as required.
Phone Time for this Role: 0-25%

Software & Hardware Requirements:
- Licensed OS
- 5 MBPS or higher internet speed (hardwired, no Wi-Fi). If you don’t have 5 MBPS, you must agree to upgrade if selected.
- Quiet, dedicated home office space
- Modern computer and operating system
- Backup systems in case of power or telecom interruptions
- Good quality headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling)
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Hours:
- 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time Zone
- 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM Manila Time
