A Draper, UT-based company is currently looking for a detail-oriented and reliable remote Accounting Support Specialist! If you have experience in accounting tasks like credit card receipts and bank reconciliations, invoicing, and dispatching, we want YOU to be part of our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle credit card receipts and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist with invoicing and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide dispatching assistance and ensure timely task completion.
  • Perform other accounting-related tasks as needed.

Phone Time for this Role: 0-25%

  • Strong phone communication skills (if necessary)
  • Additional skills as required

Software & Hardware Requirements:

  • Licensed OS
  • 5 MBPS or higher internet speed (hardwired, no Wi-Fi). If you don’t have 5 MBPS, you must agree to upgrade if selected.
  • Quiet, dedicated home office space
  • Modern computer and operating system
  • Backup systems in case of power or telecom interruptions
  • Good quality headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling)

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Hours:

  • 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time Zone
  • 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM Manila Time
