A Fort Washington, PA-based company is seeking a remote Admin Assistant.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling homeowner calls, emails, and action items
- Supporting managers with their communities
- Providing excellent customer service and clear communication
- Additional tasks as needed
Phone time: 25-50%
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Strong writing and documentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently
- Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to build trust and handle multiple priorities
Software Requirements:
- Licensed OS
Hardware Requirements:
- 5 MBPS+ internet (hardwired)
- Private, quiet home office
- Modern computer, headset, and webcam (noise-canceling preferred)
- Backup solutions for power/Telco interruptions
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM ET / 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM Manila time.
