We are seeking a skilled and motivated Admin/Marketing Support professional to join our team for a New York-based company. This is a remote position, and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing support
- Social media management
- Administrative tasks
- Additional tasks as required
Please note, that this role requires phone time for 25-50% of the responsibilities.

- Proficient in writing, documentation, and reporting
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong phone communication skills
- Additional relevant skills as required
Software Requirements:
- Licensed operating system
Hardware Requirements:
- Minimum 5 MBPS internet speed (hardwired connection, not Wi-Fi). If your current speed is lower, you must agree to upgrade if selected.
- Private, quiet, and dedicated home office space
- Modern computer with an up-to-date operating system
- Backup solutions for power or telecommunication interruptions
- High-quality headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling)
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Work Hours:
9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time
10:00 PM to 6:30 AM Manila Time
