Admin/Marketing Support


About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Admin/Marketing Support professional to join our team for a New York-based company. This is a remote position, and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing support
  • Social media management
  • Administrative tasks
  • Additional tasks as required

Please note, that this role requires phone time for 25-50% of the responsibilities.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in writing, documentation, and reporting
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail and quality assurance
  • Proven ability to build trust and foster strong working relationships
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong phone communication skills
  • Additional relevant skills as required

Software Requirements:

  • Licensed operating system

Hardware Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 MBPS internet speed (hardwired connection, not Wi-Fi). If your current speed is lower, you must agree to upgrade if selected.
  • Private, quiet, and dedicated home office space
  • Modern computer with an up-to-date operating system
  • Backup solutions for power or telecommunication interruptions
  • High-quality headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling)

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Work Hours:
9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time
10:00 PM to 6:30 AM Manila Time
