A New York-based company is looking for a remote Admin/Marketing Support to join our dynamic team! Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for social media, marketing, and administrative tasks? If so, we want YOU to be our next virtual employee!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and Social Media Management
  • Administrative Support
  • Various tasks as required to keep the team running smoothly

Phone time for this role: 25-50%

Software & Hardware Requirements:

  • Licensed OS
  • 5 MBPS or higher internet (hardwired, no Wi-Fi). If you don’t have 5 MBPS, you must agree to upgrade if selected.
  • Quiet, dedicated home office space
  • Modern computer & operating system
  • Backup systems in case of power or telecom interruptions
  • Good quality headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling)

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Hours:

  • 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time Zone (ET)
  • 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM Manila Time (MNL)
