- Various tasks as required to keep the team running smoothly
Phone time for this role: 25-50%

Software & Hardware Requirements:
- Licensed OS
- 5 MBPS or higher internet (hardwired, no Wi-Fi). If you don’t have 5 MBPS, you must agree to upgrade if selected.
- Quiet, dedicated home office space
- Modern computer & operating system
- Backup systems in case of power or telecom interruptions
- Good quality headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling)
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Hours:
- 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time Zone (ET)
- 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM Manila Time (MNL)
