A Midlothian, TX-based company is looking for a dedicated and organized remote Admin Virtual Employee to support our team! If you’re a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want YOU to be part of our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Check patients out and assist with payment processing.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Onboard new patients and guide them through the process.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Phone Time for this Role: 25-50%

- Strong writing and documentation skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a variety of responsibilities
- Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance
- Ability to build trust and rapport with patients and team members
- Independent work ethic with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong phone communication skills

Software & Hardware Requirements:
- Licensed OS
- 5 MBPS or higher internet speed (hardwired, no Wi-Fi). If you don’t have 5 MBPS, you must agree to upgrade if selected.
- Quiet, dedicated home office space
- Modern computer and operating system
- Backup systems in case of power or telecom interruptions
- Good quality headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling)
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Hours:
- 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time
- 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM Manila Time
