Join Our Team as a Remote Banking Specialist!
A US-based company is currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive remote Banking Specialist to join our team! If you have experience with banking operations, financial statements, and customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you to contribute to the smooth financial operations of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Access and monitor all banks, view statements and balances, and retrieve HOA bank statements.
- Manage C3 access and view all financial branches.
- Handle tasks in Helpspot related to banking.
- Receive and process requests to open, close, and update bank account information.
- Assist with other tasks as required.
Phone Time for this Role: 0-25%

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities

- Strong phone communication skills (if necessary)

Software & Hardware Requirements:
- Licensed OS
- 5 MBPS or higher internet speed (hardwired, no Wi-Fi). If you don’t have 5 MBPS, you must agree to upgrade if selected.
- Quiet, dedicated home office space
- Modern computer and operating system
- Backup systems in case of power or telecom interruptions
- Good quality headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling)
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Hours:
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST)
- 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM Manila Time
