Join Our Team as a Remote Community Association Manager!
A Houston, Texas-based company is currently seeking a Community Association Manager! Are you organized, strategic, and have a passion for managing community operations? If this sounds like you, we want YOU to bring your expertise to our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Meetings: Prepare and distribute board packets, manage meeting agendas, attend board meetings, record minutes and action items, and facilitate communication between the Board and committees.
- Budget & Finance: Oversee expenditures, manage budgets, conduct reserve studies, and ensure proper reserve investments and funding.
- Books & Records: Collect, organize, and maintain all documentation related to Association operations, including records, documents, and correspondence.
- Additional tasks as required.
Phone time for this role: 25-50%

Software & Hardware Requirements:
- Licensed OS
- 5 MBPS or higher internet (hardwired, no Wi-Fi). If you don’t have 5 MBPS, you must agree to upgrade if selected.
- Quiet, dedicated home office space
- Modern computers & operating systems
- Backup systems in case of power or telecom interruptions
- Good quality headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling)
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Hours:
- 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Time Zone (CT)
- 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila Time (MNL)
