A Richardson, TX-based company is looking for a remote Application Support Specialist to join our dynamic team! Are you a problem solver with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of accounting software? If so, we want YOU to be part of our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot accounting software-related issues, such as inaccurate reports, data syncing problems, or discrepancies in financial transactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding software issues, bugs, and questions.
- Maintain a working knowledge of accounting principles and industry trends that impact the use of the software.
- Evaluate new software features or versions before release to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Other tasks as required.
Phone Time for this Role: 75-100%

Software & Hardware Requirements:
- Licensed OS
- 5 MBPS or higher internet speed (hardwired, no Wi-Fi). If you don’t have 5 MBPS, you must agree to upgrade if selected.
- Quiet, dedicated home office space
- Modern computer and operating system
- Backup systems in case of power or telecom interruptions
- Good quality headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling)

- Monday to Friday
Work Hours:
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time Zone
- 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Manila Time
