A Dallas, TX-based company is seeking CSR Virtual Assistants.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling patient phone calls
  • Scheduling doctor appointments
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Other tasks as required
  • Phone time: 75-100%

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Strong writing and documentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail and quality assurance
  • Ability to build trust and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong phone communication skills

Software Requirements:

  • Licensed OS
  • Hardware Requirements:
  • 5 MBPS+ internet (hardwired)
  • Private, quiet home office
  • Modern computer, headset, and webcam (preferably noise-canceling)
  • Backup solutions for power/Telco interruptions

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST / 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Manila time.
