A Dallas, TX-based company is currently looking for a dedicated and professional CSR Virtual Assistant to provide exceptional customer service remotely! If you’re a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, we want YOU to be part of our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle patient phone calls, providing information, and answering inquiries.
  • Schedule doctor appointments and manage patient calendars.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service by addressing concerns and offering solutions.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Phone Time for this Role: 75-100%

  • Strong writing and documentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a variety of responsibilities
  • Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with patients and team members
  • Independent work ethic with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong phone communication skills
  • Additional skills as required

Software & Hardware Requirements:

  • Licensed OS
  • 5 MBPS or higher internet speed (hardwired, no Wi-Fi). If you don’t have 5 MBPS, you must agree to upgrade if selected.
  • Quiet, dedicated home office space
  • Modern computer and operating system
  • Backup systems in case of power or telecom interruptions
  • Good quality headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling)

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Hours:

  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
  • 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila Time
