A Dallas, TX-based company is currently looking for a dedicated and professional CSR Virtual Assistant to provide exceptional customer service remotely! Key Responsibilities:
- Handle patient phone calls, providing information, and answering inquiries.
- Schedule doctor appointments and manage patient calendars.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service by addressing concerns and offering solutions.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Phone Time for this Role: 75-100%

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a variety of responsibilities

Software & Hardware Requirements:
- Licensed OS
- 5 MBPS or higher internet speed (hardwired, no Wi-Fi). If you don’t have 5 MBPS, you must agree to upgrade if selected.
- Quiet, dedicated home office space
- Modern computer and operating system
- Backup systems in case of power or telecom interruptions
- Good quality headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling)
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Hours:
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
- 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila Time
