About this job

Chula Vista, CA-based company requires an Admin/CSR Virtual Assistant to undertake the following tasks::

    • • Learning our processes, and documenting them in written form
      • Providing member services after learning the processes
      • Flexibility, providing administrative support, data entry, working with a team
      • Other tasks as required

Software Requirements

  • Licensed OS – Licensed Microsoft Office

Hardware Requirements

1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI) If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
3. Modern computer and operating system
4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

Monday to Friday
 

Hours

8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST (including a 30-minute break)
11:00 PM to 7:30 AM Manila
