MARKETING VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (FEMALE) REQUIRED FOR A BUSY REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL

A US-based real estate professional is looking for an expert Marketing Virtual Assistant who has experience in Content Management, Content Curation, and Customer Service. Ability to manage many different tasks. This is a voice & admin position. 2 days a week, you would be responsible for covering the leasing position for a property management firm in addition to your social media tasks.

Requirements:
1. Must be able to create & curate content (Portfolio will be requested)
2. Has a positive can do attitude
3. Resourcefulness, ability to connect people and stimulate discussion
4. Must have extensive knowledge and experience in the following Social Media Platforms:
– FaceBook
– HootSuite connected to Linked In, Twitter, & Instagram
5. Be creative and have a passion for their work
6. Is good at creating traffic and blogging
7. Must have experience with WordPress
8. Must be able to grow a community & keep the audience engaged
9. Must be willing to be a self starter and able to act as a role model for others

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:
1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI) If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
3. Modern computer and operating system
4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
5. Good headset and webcam

Home based Graveyard Experience is a must
