Admin/CSR Virtual Assistant

About this job

A company based in Los Angeles, CA is in need of CSR/Admin Virtual Assistant to work on with the tasks listed below:
    • Manage home-owners association board
    • • Manage home-owners association maintenance activities
      • • Manage miscellaneous home-owners of HOA
        • • Other tasks as required

Software Requirements

  • Licensed OS – Licensed Microsoft Office

Hardware Requirements

1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI) If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
3. Modern computer and operating system
4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
 

Working Days

Monday to Friday
 

Hours

8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific (including a 30- minute break)
12:30 AM to 9:00 AM Manila
