Admnistrative Assistant

A Richmond, VA-based company is hiring a remote Administrative Assistant.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client engagement (email, social media, etc.) and scheduling
  • CRM management
  • Preparing meetings (agenda creation, PowerPoint presentations, etc.)
  • Additional tasks as needed

Phone time: 0-25%

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Strong writing and documentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor
  • Organized with great attention to detail
  • Independent and able to build trust with clients

Software Requirements:

  • Licensed OS

Hardware Requirements:

  • 5 MBPS+ internet (hardwired)
  • Private, quiet home office
  • Modern computer, headset, and webcam (noise-canceling preferred)
  • Backup solutions for power/Telco interruptions

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM ET / 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM Manila time.
