A Miami Shores, FL-based company is currently in need of a dedicated and skilled Accounting Virtual Employee! If you have experience in accounting and are proficient with QuickBooks Online, we want YOU to be part of our team and help us support multiple clients with their financial needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full-cycle accounting for multiple clients on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial reports for clients.
- Maintain effective communication with assigned clients to address their financial needs.
- Assist with additional accounting-related tasks as required.
Phone Time for this Role: 75-100%
Skills & Requirements:
- Up to 2 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong writing and documentation skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Independent work ethic with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong phone communication skills
- Additional skills as required
Software & Hardware Requirements:
- Licensed OS
- 5 MBPS or higher internet speed (hardwired, no Wi-Fi). If you don’t have 5 MBPS, you must agree to upgrade if selected.
- Quiet, dedicated home office space
- Modern computer and operating system
- Backup systems in case of power or telecom interruptions
- Good quality headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling)
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Hours:
- 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time Zone
- 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM Manila Time
