Utah-based Property Investor requires a Sales Support Virtual Assistant who can communicate effectively in a professional manner with a proven track record of being able to undertake the following tasks:
– Call past clients and web-based leads.
– Can build rapport with clients and realtors to expand the potential for leads.
– Enter information accurately into a database and CRM
Sales Support for leads via voice, text and email communication
Ability to listen, make decisions and learn quickly
Previous experience within the Real estate industry is an advantage
Recent home-based Graveyard Experience is a must
SKILLS:

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:
5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI) If you don’t
have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
Private and quiet dedicated home office area
Modern computer and operating system
Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
Position: Full-time
Working Days:Mon-Fri
Hours:10:30 AM – 7:00 PM MST (12:30 am – 9:00 am Philippine Time) including 30-minute break
